The White-Cool Funeral Home located at 1405 Main Street Conneautville Pennsylvania is been around on the main street of Conneautville dating back to 1895. Originally established by Harry White who was later joined by his son, Louis, in 1919. Another son, Edward entered the business in 1932
retiring in 1972 leaving his son Charles W. White ,who joined the family business in 1967, to take over. It became the Charles W. White Funeral
Home and remained the same until new owner Patricia "Patty" S. Cool, who purchased the funeral home in 1987, decided to add her name to the business and it became White-Cool Funeral Home.
In January of 2013 Gina M. McCauley a life long resident of Conneautville purchased the business from Ms. Cool. Gina, formerly Gina Mattera, has been licensed in funeral direction since 1993 and has worked at the funeral home as an associate director since.
Gina's family has been associated with the funeral home for quite some time having a number of family members work for the various owners through
the years. Most notably would be her father Joseph E. Mattera who celebrated 49 years as an employee. Continuing that family tradition Gina's family assist in the operation of the funeral home. Her husband, Bryan, helps with general operation and offers monument sales, son Tanner received his licence in Funeral Directing in June of 2016 and daughter Tessa will be attending Edinboro University of PA in the fall of 2018.
