
Gerald Spicer Greene, 95, of Springboro, PA passed away at his residence on Friday, May 16, 2025. He was born in Springboro, PA on March 5, 1930 to the late Rell S. and L.C. Belle (Johnson) Greene. He married Patricia Mae Ward June 30, 2012, whom survives.
Gerald was a graduate of Springboro High School. He worked a multitude of jobs including; Farming, laying tile, Railroad, and General Electric. He was a faithful man and attended the Mennonite Church on Faust Road. He enjoyed traveling especially his winter trips to Florida. He also loved to dance and had a great sense of humor.
In addition to his wife, Patricia, Gerald is survived by five step-children: Vicky (Rod) Coscia, Lewis Dilley, Brenda (George) Maury, David (Deborah) Dilley and Sandra (Kendall) Schulz; a sister-in-law: Mary Greene; a nephew: John W. (Janelle) Greene, Jr.; three great-nieces: Julianne, Jessica and Jenna Greene and a great-nephew: Joshua Greene and several step-grand and great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Nina, siblings: John, Sr., Ida Ruth and Mary Alice, a step-son Jeffrey Dilley.
Friends and family are invited to call on Monday, May 19, 2025 from 10:00 Am until the time of the service at 12:00 Noon with Pastor Russ Richardson officiating.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
