Clinton D. Eells 66, of Saegertown, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 28, 2024, at his residence. He was born November 22, 1957, in Meadville, PA to the late Richard and Ruth (Shaw) Eells. He married Rhonda Running in 2008, who survives him.
Clint dedicated his career to the craft of tool and die machining, embodying a strong work ethic throughout his life, much of which was spent as a self-employed professional. For the past several years, he and his wife went out with friends and family members for “Friday Old Fogey Day”. He also found joy in the simple pleasure of playing lottery tickets and just before his passing, he celebrated a $500 win.
He is survived by his loving wife, Rhonda, his two children, Becky (Mike) Marazza and Scott (Ashley) Eells, a stepson, Jamie (Tasha) Hall, several grandchildren and one great-grandchild, two sisters, Cheryl (Jim) Harmon and Kay (Joe) Geiser, a brother, Ray Eells, a brother-in-law, Ron (Ila) Running, and a niece and several nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his step-son, Jerry Hall.
Clint’s family will hold private services to honor his memory.
